01 Use official channels

Submit requests only through verified Bunny pages.

02 Protect credentials

Never share private keys or wallet recovery phrases.

03 Include context

Describe the network, module and exact issue clearly.

04 Verify replies

Treat unsolicited direct messages as potentially fraudulent.

Before contacting us

Clear requests are easier to investigate.

A useful support request identifies the relevant Bunny module, blockchain network, public transaction information and the result the user expected to see.

For general questions, review the Knowledge Base and protocol documentation first. Many wallet, swap, liquidity and token launch concepts are explained there in detail.

For transaction-specific questions, provide only public technical information such as a transaction hash or public wallet address. Never disclose confidential wallet credentials.

Send a message

Provide enough context for a useful response.

Describe the issue clearly and include only public technical information. Sensitive wallet credentials must never be submitted.

Official form

Do not include a private key, recovery phrase, password or any other confidential wallet credential.

A useful support request

Structure the message around verifiable information.

Clear technical context can reduce unnecessary follow-up and help separate interface issues from wallet or blockchain behavior.

Support boundaries

What Bunny support can and cannot do.

Bunny can explain documented protocol workflows, but it cannot take control of a wallet or reverse blockchain settlement.

Support can help with

Documented Bunny workflows and public information.

  • Locating official Bunny resources
  • Explaining documented application workflows
  • Clarifying protocol terminology and transaction states
  • Reviewing publicly available transaction context
  • Directing users to security and educational resources
  • Receiving structured technical and partnership inquiries
Support cannot

Control wallets or guarantee financial outcomes.

  • Request or recover a wallet recovery phrase
  • Access a user’s private key or sign a transaction
  • Reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction
  • Guarantee token liquidity, value or profit
  • Recover assets sent to an incorrect address
  • Replace independent legal, tax or financial advice

Contact FAQ

Common questions before sending a message.

What information should I include in a support request?
Identify the Bunny module, blockchain network, intended action, actual result and any relevant public transaction hash. Do not include confidential wallet credentials.
Should I provide my wallet recovery phrase?
No. Bunny will never need a private key or recovery phrase to review a support request. Anyone requesting those credentials should be treated as suspicious.
Can Bunny reverse a completed blockchain transaction?
No. Confirmed blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Bunny cannot alter network settlement or recover assets from an incorrect destination.
How should I report a security vulnerability?
Select “Security disclosure” in the contact form and provide the affected component, controlled reproduction steps, potential impact and supporting technical evidence.
Can I submit a partnership proposal?
Yes. Select the partnership category and explain the organization, proposed collaboration, technical relevance and intended contribution to the Bunny ecosystem.
Can support guarantee that a token is safe?
No. Token and smart-contract verification can reduce uncertainty, but no support process can guarantee security, liquidity, legality or future market value.
Where can developers find technical information?
Use the Bunny Documentation page for architecture and integration concepts, and the GitHub page for open-source development and repository guidance.
Does Bunny provide financial or legal advice?
No. Bunny provides protocol information and educational resources. Users and project teams should obtain independent professional advice appropriate to their circumstances.
